Paul & Jodee Baker

My husband Mark and I had lived in our home for over 30 years. We went through the bitter-sweet process of deciding to move towards simplifying our lives in preparation for future retirement for several years. Paul and Jodee Baker were our choice several times in attempts to enter the real estate world. On two previous occasions, in earlier years, we actually had situations where we suddenly and unexpectedly changed our minds. Each time Jodee and Paul were SUPER understanding and always interested in only our happiness and satisfaction. Finally, this August, we made a permanent decision to move to Holland Michigan and listed again with Team Baker of Platinum Partners. Within 5 days our home had 2 offers and was officially pending. Many, many times during that pending status I am quite certain other realtors would have jumped ship...like when our sewer pipe broke and flooded the basement, or when closing was delayed for the third time. But instead Jodee and Paul were WONDERFUL! They offered their expertise in finding plumbers, lawyers, home cleaners, people to help us move basement things into our garage (think 30 + years of accumulated stuff!) and were always upbeat and professional. They attended inspections, taught us about Radon, and even dropped by the empty house before closing to ensure everything was okay. We could not be happier with our selection of Team Baker and we would strongly recommend them to any of our friends who are also thinking in terms of future retirement.
